It is always good to begin with eye makeup as it is easier to wipe off any fall out.
As you can see, I’ve already did my eyebrows.. Click on my eyebrow filling tutorial if you wish to see how I did it.. Will do an updated one soon..

At first, I am applying the eye shadow base. It will prevent eye shadow from creasing and will last a lot longer. As you can see in that picture, I used sticky tape so that it gives me that crisp line and the eye makeup will turn up even neater.
Then I applied a pale shimmery eye shadow on my lid in patting motion and applied the same shade on my brow bone.

I dipped my brush in a coffee-ish brown color eye shadow and blend that into my crease as a transition color. Using a tapered brush, I applied a black eye shadow on the outer V of my eyes.

Then again, to intensify the look, I applied the same black shade to create a cut crease.. I applied a “red brick” on top of my crease and blend it together with the black shade.

Then I cleaned my eyelid with a concealer and applied a shimmery gold shade over it. To glamorize the look, I applied some glitter all over the lid. This is totally optional.
As usual, I drew a classic wing liner and applied 2 coats of mascara on my lashes. It was not easy to draw that eyeliner on top of that glitter. Really! That glitter sucks! Will not purchase it again! Comment below, if you want me to do honest review on this. I did not applied fake lashes, but if you want, you can apply it.

Once I’m done with the eye makeup, I applied some concealer which is 2-3 shades lighter than my skin tone under my eyes, forehead, bridge of the nose, cupid’s bow and chin & blend it well. This is to create that highlighted look.
I contoured my temples, cheekbones, nose and jaw lines too! Then I applied, the banana powder on the area that is highlighted and contouring powder on the area that is contoured.

To bring back the color, I applied a peachy shade blusher and some luminizer, it would look as if I’m naturally glowing! *wink* Bonus!

I lined my lips with a brown lip liner and applied these 3 lip color evenly..
Here’s a tips: Apply a nude shade lipstick, luminizer or a pale eyeshadow on the centre of your lips, to make it appear fuller! Voila! You’re done!

1st lip option : Pink Lips
2nd lip option: Deep Red lips
3rd lip option: Red Lips

That’s all! Don’t you think it’s easy?

Let me know in the comments below, which lip option is your favorite? Try to recreate this look, and I’ll feature you on my social media accounts! All you have to do is, hastag “#rhemaglitz” on the caption so that I can view your beautiful pictures!

I’ll continue it no matter what! *wink*

Today, I’ll be reviewing on my holy grail product! Yazzzz! By the end of this post, I’m pretty sure that I’m gonna make you buy that too! *evil laugh*

Appearance: It comes in 3 different sizes, and this one here is a “dome jar”. Nothing extraordinary on the packaging but the powder though, is to die for!! Altogether, there are 4 different shades: Beige suede, Buff, Cameo & Banana. You guys know, which one was so much raved about all over the internet! Yes! Banana! :D

Experience: I’ve used this on several skin tones, and you know what, it suits for all of them! No matter how dark or light you are, it will suit you!

This Ben Nye Banana powder literally makes my whole face flawless. It is specially formulated to absorb excess oil and soften the appearance of pores, because of its corn and rice starch formula.

Great for under eyes, as this powder will reduce the appearance of fine lines too!
The best part is, you can confidently turn on your flash and snap pictures! Because of the yellow tint, this miracle powder would not create the white cast on your face! Not cakey! Not patchy looking too!

Will you believe me, if I said this powder lasted on my face for a whole 10 hours!? I tested it without blotting even once for the whole day. Once you applied, that’s it! It’s not going anywhere!

"Photo taken with flash on"
Picture to show, that it suits for fair, medium & dark skin tone

Pros:
  • Extremely versatile – suits for all skin tones
  • Covers under eye circle & sets concealer
  • Minimize pores & fine lines
  • Face instantly looks flawless
  • Will not make face look cakey
  • Will not create white cast
  • Last longer on even oily face
  • A little goes a long way

Cons:
  • The screw-off lid makes a big mess if you are not careful enough
  • Expensive
  • Can only be purchased online (if you’re in Malaysia)
  • Always out of stock

Will I repurchase? Hell yeahh! I will stock up now itself before it’s gonna finish!

Rate: Duhhh.. 5/5
